WE ARE ALL EQUAL

WE ARE ALL EQUAL

International Women's Month is observed throughout the month of March. It is a celebration to recognize women's accomplishments and to discuss ongoing and developing women's empowerment and gender equality topics, concerns, challenges, and commitments, as well as for women to achieve the equality and respect they require, just as they do for men. They are also commemorating this month to demonstrate how significant women are in our society and how powerful they are. As a woman, I have faced or witnessed many inequalities in my life, as well as discrimination that what men do is preferable to what women do. While legal equality in the workplace is a reality in many nations, genuine equality between men and women remains a long way off. In this sense, change is gradual, much like applying for jobs, because in real life, leaders in all fields refuse to admit women because others believe they cannot afford to work, in other words women's jobs generally comparable to men's jobs.

But what exactly is Empowered Women? Women's empowerment can be defined to promoting women's sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others. It is a word that can change the perspective of a woman or everyone as well, such as supporting a fellow woman instead of pulling it down, helping and above all respecting and treating everyone right—flawless inequality equal. Female empowerment refers to the realization, both personally and collectively, that women have the power to take charge of their own actions, take action and ultimately, control their lives. Being an empowered woman is not just a task that men do to be told that the two are equal because women are more than that, WE are more than that. We, the ladies, are the ones who come up with our own initiatives—we  have a strong leadership style, we know how to communicate, we have power, we are innovative, and we encourage female empowerment.

But, unfortunately, there are women who do everything they can to degrade or ruin the lives of other women, and there are women who gossip about other women's lives to pull them down or they want to hurt them even if they don't know the whole truth or story behind their actions. Not all women support fellow women; this is due to envy, jealousy, and the inability to be happy for someone else's accomplishment. But, for those who have been through it, I am really proud of them because they are overcoming and not giving up; they are still walking to attain their goals, and for all the women who is using the harsh comments they hear for inspiration rather than hitting them or to be sad, I am proud and happy for you.

We should treat each other with respect and equality, and we should respect who we should respect. Women will help other women because we are the only one who will work together. Men should not underestimate women's abilities because we are all the same, capable of doing things our own way and possessing a distinct secret and unique beauty. Let us help and support ourselves in learning what is right and wrong, and most importantly, let us teach our children and our future generations to treat everyone equally and to understand what is truly right and bad in order to remedy or eradicate prejudice and inequalities in our world—in other words, I just want to change the world using our voice that WE are all equal.
